As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

You will be able to follow the progress of your order with the tracking link.

Orders placed from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays, will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • USA / Canada / Australia : 5 - 7 days
  • Europe   : 3 - 7 days
  • Africa : 5 - 7 days
  • Rest of the World : 10 - 15 days

You can contact us during the first 12 hours after validating your order to cancel it.

After the first 12 hours, your order is prepared and shipped.

Once the order is shipped, our return time is 14 days after the delivery of your order.

Yes, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
